Shiatsu treatment enhances and promotes general good health. The word Shiatsu is Japanese

Shiatsu can help the following conditions:

• asthmatic symptoms
• sports injuries
• depression
• stress
• poor circulation
What to expect in a session
Each session lasts approximately one hour. The first session will take a bit longer,
since I will take a detailed case history to develop a complete picture of your health.
I do the treatment with the help of essential oils & the Shiatsu table and clothes
need to be removed. Following a treatment, you may feel more energetic, yet relaxed.
