Making the Most of Your Spa Experience
    Many of our services compliment each other. Consult with your therapist for a service combination that best suits your individual needs.
    We schedule our services to allow for the correct time for each beauty treatment. We recommend that you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment so that you can enjoy the facilities and relax before your treatments.
    If you are using Retin A, glycolic products, or acne medication, please inform us before having any facial waxing.
    Please disclose any medical condition and/or medication you are taking, as some services may be contraindicated.
    We ask that you please shower before any body services, such as massage, wrap, or salt glow.
    We highly recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to insure availability of your preferred time.
    For your safety in Enchante' Day Spa & Salon, sterilization and sanitation is our priority.
    At Enchante' Day Spa & Salon, our mission is to help you feel great about yourself, both inside and out. Therefore we encourage you to experience the full range of talents of our spa/salon staff. Please let us know if you would like to try the services of another team member.
    We love children and don't like to see them refrain from their natural movements and freedom of expression. However, the spa is not an environment appropriate for them. A curious child may disturb the quiet and relaxed atmosphere that is essential to the success of your treatment. For the comfort of all, we ask that you keep your child at bay while visiting the spa.

Treatment Series Packages
When you purchase 6 of any one service, you receive the 7th service complimentary. What a deal!
Services must be paid for in advance.

Cancellations Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary, we appreciate that you call AT LEAST 24 hours ahead of your appointment.
A 50% service charge may result for cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice.
Cancellation of a Day Spa Package requires a 48 hour notice. Enchante' Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to charge for missed spa packages.

Returned Checks
There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
Returns & Exchanges
Enchante' Day Spa & Salon offers merchandise credit on all returned products.
Shipping Options
Standard delivery is by UPS Ground. Your order is processed and shipped from Houston, Texas. Overnight and 3 Day Select orders must be placed by noon in order to be processed on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Most orders shipped UPS Ground arrive in 3-4 business days for Eastern and Central USA and 5-7 business days for the West Coast.

Gift Cards
Enchante' Day Spa & Salon is now proud to offer gift cards in any denomination. They may also be recharged at any time. Gift Cards may be purchased over the phone with a major credit card. Some of our services and certain denominations can be purchased online. Please order your Gift Card(s) separately to avoid additional shipping charges. Gift Cards are shipped by USPS and the S&H is just $1.50/per order. 
    Gift cards are non-refundable.
    Gift cards MUST be presented at the time of service.
    Gift cards expire 6 Months from date of purchase.
